worked as a hair stylist and professional model. She has considerable experience
on board BLUE MONSOON where her creative talents are evident in her exceptional
cuisine, her specialties being Caribbean, Continental and today also Kosher
dishes. Gillian is vivacious, fun and a charming hostess. |

Brian, 40's, is English, a former British Olympic
yachtsman who sailed BLUE MONSOON over to the Caribbean in 1994. Highly
experienced and totally professional, Brian is a keen scuba diver and deep
sea fisherman. |
